We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours.

3. How much do you charge for shipping?

Our shipping cost depends on different variables such as product, quantity ordered and delivery location.

4. But why not free shipping on every order?

We offer free shipping on Optical goods and charge nominal shipping charges on PPE (depending on quantity ordered).

5. Are there any discounts on shipping as well?

Our delivery partners - Canada post, UPS and Purolator are an important link making sure the product reaches you in best condition and well in time. They give us fair rates and help us keep our rates competitive.

6. From where can I order single pieces?

You will need to provide a few simple business details such as business name, Tax ID number(Optional), Business address etc. Once the details are verified by our team, the account will be approved and you will get a notification on your given email.

We are not fussy but careful. And this is our Refund policy.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and regular updates to the registered email address.

15. Can I Change/Cancel my order?

We don't accept cancellations on PPE products. If for some reason you wish to cancel an Optical product order, e-mail us right away. If it hasn't been shipped, we will cancel it.
